FAQS

1. How can I request a quote?
We usually provide a detailed, customized quotation within 24 hours after receiving your full inquiry. For urgent projects, you may mark your request as “urgent” in your email or contact our sales team directly for priority processing.
2. What information do you need for a quotation?
To provide an accurate quote, we need: – 2D drawings (PDF/DWG) or 3D models (STEP/IGS) – Material grade (e.g., Inconel 718, Hastelloy C276, Monel 400) – Quantity, tolerance requirements, and surface treatment needs – Application industry and any special testing or certification demands
3. Can I request samples or trial pieces?
Yes, we support sample and trial orders for material verification, dimensional validation, and performance testing. You can order single or small-batch samples to confirm quality before mass production.
4. What is the typical lead time for orders?
Lead times vary by part complexity, material availability, and order quantity: – Sample/small-batch orders: 7–15 business days – Medium-volume production: 15–25 business days – Custom complex components: 25–35 business days Please note that if the requested material is included in the dual-use items control list, we will need to apply for a dual-use items license, which will extend the lead time significantly. We will inform you of the specific extended timeframe after confirming the material grade. We will share a clear production schedule once your order is confirmed.
5. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We focus on high-mix, low-volume precision machining, so we accept flexible MOQs. We support trial orders, small batches, and mass production alike. MOQ is determined by part size, material, and processing difficulty.
6. What materials do you specialize in?
We focus on difficult-to-machine special alloys: – Nickel-based alloys: Inconel 625/718, Incoloy 800/825 – Corrosion-resistant alloys: Hastelloy C276, Monel 400/K500 – High-temperature alloys: GH3030, GH3128 – Pure nickel: Ni200, Ni201 Other special alloys can be discussed based on your request.
7. Do you provide custom CNC machining services?
Yes. We specialize in custom CNC machining of special alloy components, including turning, milling, grinding, and multi-process precision manufacturing according to your drawings and specifications.
8. What industries and products do you support?
We mainly supply critical components for: – Valves & pumps: stems, trims, seats, sleeves, shafts – Shipbuilding, seawater desalination, offshore engineering – Petrochemical, energy, and high-temperature equipment – Fasteners, flanges, and custom corrosion-resistant structural parts
9. What quality certifications do you have?
We maintain strict quality management systems and can provide material certificates (MTC), dimensional inspection reports, and support third-party inspection such as PMI, UT, PT, etc. We can also assist with compliance for international industry standards.
10. What payment terms do you accept?
We accept secure payment methods including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C, and other mutually agreed terms. Standard terms are flexible to support long-term cooperation.
11. Do you support OEM & ODM projects?
Yes. We provide full-chain OEM & ODM services from material selection, process optimization, precision machining to surface treatment and final inspection, fully customized to your application requirements.
12. How is quality controlled during production?
We implement full-process quality control: incoming material inspection, in-process testing, dimensional inspection using precision instruments, and outgoing inspection. Complete inspection data and traceable records are provided with each delivery.
